Focuses on the basics of mountain biking. The majority of the day will be spent looking at body position, shifting your weight around the bike, braking and cornering. We will also explore the concept of pumping, which simply means using your body weight to put energy into the bike rather than pedaling. This a fantastic skill for increasing your flow on a trail and is the building block to nearly every more advanced skill. If you are new to mountain biking or have never had a coaching session before this would be a great place to start as it will give you the foundation skills needed to take your riding to the next level.
