Young Guns – Coed Y Brenin

£90

BLOCK OF 2 HALF DAYS

1PM – 4PM EACH DAY

Young Guns is for riders aged 9 – 14 years. This course is all about taking your riding to the next level, while having a lot of fun in the process. We are a  little bit more focused on skill development at this level compared to the younger age group and encourage riders to push their riding in a controlled and managed environment. However we still encourage plenty skids, manuals, jumps and plenty of high fives. We tend to m ix things up over the duration of each course, with some days more focused on the skills park and other looking at getting into some more wild environments.

Alongside riding we also encourage our riders to consider the risks they are taking while riding and to start to develop and understanding of how to approach challenging new terrain a safely as possible.

All in all the aim is learn some skills, have a load of fun doing it and meet some like minded young people.

  • Courses are run over a block of 2 days
  • Sessions run from 1pm – 4pm
  • We generally use Blue, Red and Black graded trails
  • Bikes are not included. Bike hire is available via our partners at Beics Brenin (at our Coed Y Brenin Site only)
  • Bikes must be in a full serviceable condition and be appropriate for mountain biking.
